Scripture:
“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” — Exodus 14:14 (NIV)
Some battles you’re trying to fight weren’t even assigned to you.
But look at you — out here swinging, stressing, pacing, and planning full PowerPoint presentations in your mind.
God is like, “My child… sit down somewhere. I got this.”
Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is stop trying to do God’s job.
Today’s Reminder:
You don’t have to clap back, fix everyone, solve everything, or micro-manage the universe (even though you’re great at it).
Be still. Let Him handle what you can’t…and what you shouldn’t.
Prayer:
Lord, calm my urge to control everything today. Take the battles I keep trying to fight and remind me that Your strength is better than my stress. Help me be still, breathe deeper, trust louder, and let You handle what only You can. Amen.
Daily Declaration:
“God is fighting for me — I’m done shadow-boxing my own blessings.” ![]()
