Your mind is like an internet browser—too many tabs open, and suddenly everything freezes.
One tab is worry. One is “what if.” One is somebody’s attitude from three days ago. And somehow there’s a tab playing anxiety music in the background and you can’t find it. 
God’s telling you today: close the junk tabs. Lift your focus higher. Not because your problems aren’t real—but because they’re not in charge. When you set your mind on Him, peace gets louder than pressure.
Prayer:
Lord, help me refocus today. Pull my thoughts out of the spiral and back into Your truth. Teach me to look up before I act out. Fill my mind with what’s holy, helpful, and steady. Amen.
