Scripture:
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3 (NIV)
We love making plans. Color-coded plans. Backup plans. “Just in case” plans. And then we invite God in after we’ve already decided everything and say,
“Bless this real quick.” ![]()
God isn’t asking to rubber-stamp your agenda. He’s asking to lead it.
When you commit your plans to Him first, He doesn’t just guide your steps — He stabilizes your heart when plans shift, stall, or straight-up fall apart.
Translation:
Let God drive. You’re tired anyway.
Prayer:
Lord, I give You my plans today — the ones I’m excited about and the ones I’m nervous to hand over. Redirect what needs adjusting, strengthen what’s from You, and shut down anything that will drain my peace. I trust You with the outcome. Amen.
Declaration:
“I commit my plans to God — because His direction beats my control every time.” ![]()
