Scripture:
“Do not be anxious about anything… present your requests to God.” — Philippians 4:6 (NIV)
Anxiety loves to send group texts to your thoughts at 2 a.m. like, “Hey bestie, let’s panic about everything at once.” ![]()
But God invites you to trade that mental chaos for prayer. Not because your problems aren’t real— but because you were never meant to carry them alone. Worry is basically you rehearsing a future you don’t even have proof is coming. Prayer, is you handing the future to the One who already holds it.
Prayer:
Lord, I’m giving You what I’ve been overthinking. Replace my anxiety with peace, my fear with trust, and my frantic with faith. Help me pray first instead of spiraling first. Amen.
Declaration:
“I’m choosing prayer over panic—God’s peace runs this mind today.” ![]()
