Today’s Verse is for the ones who feel worn down by waiting, discouraged by delays, and quietly wondering if their prayers are stuck on “read.” 
Habakkuk 2:3 (NIV)“For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”
What This Means in Today’s WorldWaiting is nobody’s favorite spiritual discipline. We want answers now. Breakthroughs now. Clarity yesterday.
And this verse calmly says:
“It’s not late. It’s scheduled.”
God isn’t dragging His feet.
He’s working on a timeline that actually holds what He promised.
Delay doesn’t mean denial.
Silence doesn’t mean absence.
And waiting doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
Some things take time because they’re too important to rush.

• Don’t quit five minutes early.
• Don’t downgrade what God promised.
• Don’t assume delay equals no.
You don’t need to force what God already set in motion.
Trust the timing — even when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, and wildly annoying.

PrayerLord, help me trust Your timing when waiting feels heavy. Strengthen my faith and remind me that what You promised will come at the right time. Amen.
