Scripture:
“The Lord will perfect that which concerns me.” — Psalm 138:8 (NKJV)
Reflection:
You’re stressing over things God already scheduled. Fixing problems that aren’t finished forming yet. Rewriting scenarios that haven’t even happened.
Meanwhile, God’s like,
“I’m still working. Sit tight.”
Perfection here doesn’t mean flawless — it means complete.
God finishes what He starts.
Even when progress feels slow.
Even when you feel behind.
Even when you’re wondering if you messed it all up.
Spoiler alert: you didn’t.
God’s not confused by your timeline.
Prayer:
Lord, help me stop rushing outcomes You’re still shaping. Settle my impatience, strengthen my trust,
and remind me that You are faithful to finish what concerns me. I place my future back in Your hands today. Amen.
