Today’s Verse is for the ones who feel like they’re carrying too much responsibility, too many expectations, and everyone else’s emotions… and calling it “fine.”

“Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior,
who daily bears our burdens.”
Read that again: daily bears our burdens.
Not “occasionally.”
Not “when you finally break.”
Not “after you’ve tried everything else.”
Daily.
Which means God never expected you to carry yesterday’s weight into today — and yet… here we are, dragging it like emotional carry-on luggage.
This verse is God saying:
“Why are you holding that? I already scheduled it for Myself.”
You are not the pack mule of your own life. You are not supposed to shoulder everything alone. And needing help is not a spiritual failure — it’s an invitation.
Today, try this simple reset:
• Identify one burden you’ve been carrying on repeat
• Hand it to God on purpose
• Stop picking it back up every five minutes
You don’t have to solve everything today.
You just have to stop carrying what God already promised to bear.
“If God bears my burdens daily, I don’t have to drag them into tomorrow.”
Lord, thank You for carrying what I can’t. Help me release my burdens to You today and trust that You are more than capable. Amen.
