Today’s Verse is about trusting God when your plans didn’t work out, your timeline shifted, and you’re still trying to make peace with the change.

Proverbs 3:5–6 (NIV)
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding…”
We like clarity. We like knowing what’s next. We like when effort equals outcome. But real life doesn’t always cooperate with well-made plans.
This verse reminds us that trust becomes most necessary when understanding runs out. When things don’t make sense. When the path looks different than expected. When answers are slow.
God isn’t asking you to stop thinking — He’s asking you to stop making yourself the final authority.
When confusion or frustration shows up:
• Release the need to control every outcome
• Trust God with the reroute
• Take the next step without needing the full picture
God doesn’t promise instant clarity — He promises guidance.
“I don’t need the whole plan — just trust for the next step.”
Lord, help me trust You when things don’t go as planned. Lead me forward even when I don’t understand. Amen.
