Peace Is Not Up for Negotiation
Scripture:
“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.” — Colossians 3:15
Reflection:
Peace isn’t a suggestion. It’s a ruler.
And if something is stealing your peace, congratulations — you’ve identified what doesn’t get authority in your life.
Not every invitation deserves your attendance.
Not every conversation deserves your energy.
Not every problem is yours to solve before breakfast.
When Christ’s peace rules, anxiety gets demoted, drama gets declined, and urgency gets fact-checked. You’re allowed to choose calm without explaining yourself.
Peace doesn’t mean you don’t care. It means you care enough to protect your mind.
Prayer:
God, help me recognize what’s disrupting my peace and give me the courage to set boundaries without guilt. Teach me to let Your peace lead my decisions today. I trust You to handle what I release. Amen.
Declaration:
If you’re seeking more Encouragement today, you may find comfort in our Devotions or be strengthened by our Verse of The Day or Prayers, offering Scripture to carry with you throughout the day.
