Services

Due to the nature of services provided, all service purchases are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable materials, digital resources, and online content, and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered, returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion in the event of technical issues, duplicate purchases, or errors in processing.
