“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”
We live in a world where “not enough” feels like a default setting.
Not enough hours in the day.
Not enough money in the bank.
Not enough energy in the tank.
Not enough support from people.
And right into that frustration, this verse says:
“God is able.”
Not “you are able on your own.”
Not “the universe will align.”
GOD. IS. ABLE.
And His version of blessing isn’t just “barely scraping by.”
It’s abundance — as in:
• exactly what you need
• exactly when you need it
• for exactly what He’s called you to do
Not random.
Not accidental.
Not crumbs.
When you’re stressing about lack instead of spiraling, shift it.
Try praying:
“Lord, supply what I lack — the way only You can.”
Because this verse isn’t saying you’ll always feel like you have enough. It’s saying God will make sure you actually do.
Even when the math doesn’t math.
Even when the budget looks rude.
Even when your strength feels taxed.
Even when support is scarce.
He provides purposefully, not minimally.
“I may not see abundance yet, but scarcity doesn’t scare my God.”
Lord, supply every need today — financially, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Help me trust that You are able to provide abundantly, even when I can’t see how. Amen.
