Most of us don’t struggle with believing in God. We struggle with responding like we do.
We say we trust Him — until we feel misunderstood.
We say He’s in control — until something doesn’t go our way.
We say we forgive — until someone hurts us twice.
That gap between belief and behavior? That’s where real growth happens. And it’s also where most of us quietly wrestle.
Faith Isn’t Proven in Comfort
Faith is easy when life is calm.
It’s tested when:
Your patience runs thin.
Your pride gets poked.
Your plans fall apart.
You’re asked to be humble when you want to defend yourself. That’s the moment faith moves from idea… to action. And action is what shapes us.
Not what we post.
Not what we quote.
Not what we say we stand for.
But how we live when it costs something.
Living It — Not Just Learning It
There’s a difference between knowing Scripture and embodying it.
You can know verses about peace and still snap under pressure.
You can know verses about trust and still overthink everything.
You can know verses about forgiveness and still hold quiet resentment.
Growth isn’t about memorizing more.
It’s about alignment.
When your reactions slowly start reflecting your convictions.
When your private belief becomes visible strength.
That kind of maturity doesn’t happen accidentally. It happens intentionally.
What It Really Looks Like
Living faith out loud isn’t dramatic.
It’s daily.
It looks like:
Responding calmly when you could react emotionally.
Choosing integrity when no one would know the difference.
Trusting God instead of forcing outcomes.
Staying steady when everything feels uncertain.
It’s quiet consistency.
And that’s powerful.
I Wrote the Living Faith Out Loud Book because I’ve seen how easy it is to have faith internally… and still struggle externally. I didn’t want to write something inspirational. I wanted to write something practical.
Something that walks through what it looks like to:
Close the gap between belief and behavior.
Strengthen your spiritual backbone.
Let your faith shape your responses in real life.
Not louder faith.
Deeper faith.
Faith that shows up in conversations, conflict, marriage, parenting, work, disappointment — the real stuff.
If you’ve ever felt that tension between what you believe and how you respond… You’re not failing. You’re growing. And that growth deserves direction.
That’s exactly why I wrote this book.
