Faith & Encouragement

Wrapping Up This Year Like…

As this year packs its bags, let’s be honest—some parts were a blessing, some were a lesson, and some were just… character development we didn’t ask for. 😂

There were moments God showed up loud and clear, and others where He was quiet—working behind the scenes while I questioned everything and double-checked my prayer receipts. But here’s the truth: He was faithful through all of it.

Scripture reminds us:

📖 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” — Isaiah 43:18–19

That verse hits different at year-end. We don’t drag old disappointments, missed goals, or “should’ve known better” moments into the new year. We learn, we heal, we grow… and then we move forward—lighter.

The new year doesn’t need a perfect version of you. It just needs a willing one. God isn’t asking for polished—He’s asking for surrendered.

📖 “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His mercies never fail. They are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22–23

So, here’s to walking into the new year with faith over fear, grace over guilt, and joy that doesn’t depend on circumstances. Same God. Fresh mercy. New season.

And listen—if this year knocked the wind out of you, congratulations… you survived it. That alone deserves praise. 🙌

Let’s go into the new year believing God isn’t finished—He’s just getting started. ✨
